All Sales Are Final
All sales, purchases, and payments made for [roducts/Services/Digital Downloads are final. Because of the nature of these items and production cost, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind once the purchase is complete.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable. Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds will not be issued for any digital purchases.
Physical Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cozyquill@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to provide a suitable resolution.
