Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our and the carrier companies control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Cozy Quill is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Cozy Quill is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery or order, please contact the carrier directly. For any damages, please contact us at cozyquill@yahoo.com.

Order replacements

As a small, handmade business, we prioritize quality in every order. If an error occurs, we'll remake and ship a replacement within 24–36 hours at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at cozyquill@yahoo.com.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access instructions will be provided after purchase. If you need assistance please send us a email at cozyquill@yahoo.com or technical support or we will send it directly to you via the email you sent.
